The company is scaling fast and seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to create momentum by warming up cold leads and handing them over to the sales team. This role is outbound-first, curiosity-driven, and focused on real conversations with prescribers and clinics, emphasizing smart outreach, consistent follow-through, and identifying opportunities. The BDR will be responsible for building and managing a top-of-funnel pipeline, understanding VITL's product and the clinic workflow, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, maintaining accurate CRM data, and achieving activity and qualified-opportunity goals. The role also involves experimenting with new outreach strategies and representing the VITL brand with confidence and credibility.
