The BDR | Pre-Sales role is crucial for identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and contributing to the company's growth in the B2B high-ticket market. The role emphasizes a proactive, growth-oriented mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Knowledge/experience in CRM
  • Experience with B2B outbound prospecting
  • Proactive, autonomous profile with a total focus on pipeline generation
  • Experience with LinkedIn as an active prospecting channel
  • Desire to build a large network with top market players
  • Desire for personal and professional growth
  • Ambition to become one of the best Corporate BDRs in Brazil

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with consultative sales and high tickets
  • Knowledge of frameworks like SPIN Selling and BANT
  • Previous experience with CRM (especially Pipedrive)
  • Previous experience with telephone sales

Responsibilities

  • Prospect entrepreneurs with volume, rhythm, and precision
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Identify and map qualified leads within the ICP
  • Create personalized cadences and conduct effective follow-ups
  • Participate in management rituals and training sessions, focusing on performance
  • Work with monthly goals and track performance indicators
