About The Position

To provide dedicated administrative and workflow support to the Investor Support Partners/BDMs, allowing them to focus on client relationships, business development, appraisals and conversion of new management opportunities.

Requirements

Market insights and training
High level Data Hygiene
Computer: RAM: 8GB
HDDISDD: 512 GB
PU/Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newest)
Operating System: Windows 11 Home or Pro
Power Backup: Power station, Powerbank, UPS, and etc.
Extra Display: Secondary/External Monitor
Audio & Video: Noise-Cancelling Headset + Web Cam
Internet Speed: 40-50 Mbps minimum bandwidth speed for both Download and Uploads.
BiR as you are a contractor (Required to submit any contributions required by the government.)
NBI or Police Clearance
Any Government-issued ID

Responsibilities

Prepare rental appraisal proposals, management proposals and associated documentation.
Prepare in Realtair and REI forms.
Prepare comparable rental market research and supporting appraisal information.
Maintain and update CRM records, opportunities, notes and BDM pipeline information.
Prepare and send standard client correspondence, information packs and supporting documents.
Send initial investor enquiry emails, including the Investor Support Brochure and Purchasing an Investment Property Brochure, ensuring prospective clients receive the appropriate introductory information promptly.
Send out of REX currently Investor follow ups and update buyer match where applicable.
Assist with follow-up workflows for proposals, appraisals and prospective landlord enquiries.
