As our BDC Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and digital presence customers meet first. Every day brings something new, and you’ll be right in the mix: Connect with warm leads through calls, texts, emails, and chats. Schedule appointments and guide customers through the early stages of their buying journey. Follow up proactively to keep customers excited, informed, and engaged. Work closely with sales managers to support store goals and deliver a standout guest experience. Maintain accurate notes and communication logs in our CRM. Bring positive energy to the team every single day.
