About The Position
Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall is looking to add to its BDC team. Your primary job will be to reach out to customers who have submitted an inquiry to our sales and service teams. You will be reaching out via phone calls, emails and texts.
Requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a BDC Sales Agent preferred
- High energy and self-motivation
- Ability to hold normal conversations with customers
- Customer service, hospitality or customer-facing backgrounds
Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers who have submitted an inquiry to our sales and service teams
- Reach out via phone calls, emails and texts
- Show up to work on time dressed professionally
- Work directly with sales managers on a consistent basis throughout the workday
- Continually stay in contact and execute proper follow-up in CRM
- Stay up to date on product knowledge
- Give each customer a great experience and follow the steps of the sales process
