Job Responsibilities Answer in-coming phone calls for the Service Department Schedule service reservations, review customer history for potential service recommendations, contact customers and set appointments for special order parts that have arrived for their vehicle. Call all missed appointments and reset appointment dates Make outbound calls to inform customers of open safety recalls that need to be completed Attends weekly department meetings Other duties as assigned by management Requirements, Education and/or Experience Up to six months related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, but not required Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug screen, and criminal background check Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License) Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requirements

  • Up to six months related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug screen, and criminal background check
  • Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)
