About The Position

BMW of Freehold is expanding and has a brand-new, spectacular, state-of-the-art showroom. They are searching for high-performing BDC representatives to support their award-winning sales team. Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is required. Highline experience is a plus. They are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, sales-minded, and customer-focused.

Requirements

• Previous Automotive Dealership Sales, BDC or Internet Sales experience in a high-volume dealership is required.
• Automotive Sales BDC, Internet and/or Client Advisor experience, a must.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Must be polished, professional, sales-minded, and customer-focused.

Nice To Haves

• Highline experience is a plus.
• Great people skills and ambition.

• Outstanding follow-up skills.
• Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sale.
