Modern Automotive Network is currently seeking a Call Center/BDC (Business Development Center) Service Representative to expand to its team in our Winston-Salem, NC office. Requirements

• Computer literate
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience in a call center or the automotive industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answering both inbound and internal phone calls
• Making outbound calls
• Handling approximately 120 plus calls daily
• Communicating professionally with customers and fellow employees
