About The Position

We are currently looking for an energetic person to work in our Business Development Center to set appointments for incoming sales calls as well as incoming email leads. This position also consists of contacting sales and service customers to make sure they are completely satisfied, setting appointments to allow sales managers an opportunity to appraise vehicles belonging to service customers and making sure the online vehicle inventory is up to date. Requirements

Automotive experience helpful but not required
Great customer service and communication skills
Able to multitask
Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
Excellent computer skills required
Excellent phone presence

Responsibilities

Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
Contact customers based on current marketing incentives.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership.
Maintaining a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
