About The Position

Kunes Auto Group, a rapidly growing dealership with over 40 locations in the Midwest, is seeking experienced BDC (Business Development Center) professionals. This role is for individuals who excel at converting leads, managing high-volume communication, and consistently setting high-quality, show-ready appointments. If you have automotive BDC experience and understand the difference between activity and production, this is an opportunity to advance your career.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a BDC Rep or Automotive Internet Sales experience REQUIRED
  • Track record of high appointment set/show ratios
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work
  • Experience with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Turn inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments
  • Work unsold traffic, missed opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities
  • Communicate via phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence
  • Set appointments that show and sell
  • Engage in relentless, structured follow-up that drives results
  • Maintain accurate notes, track pipeline, and manage tasks within CRM tools
