About The Position
North Freeway Hyundai/Genesis of Spring is hiring a BDC / Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries. The primary responsibility is to turn customer inquiries into confirmed appointments for the sales team. This role involves responding to customer communications, booking and confirming appointments, logging information in the CRM, following up to minimize no-shows, and handing off customers to the sales team. Daily activity goals for calls and booked appointments are set to drive bonus pay.
Requirements
- Call center, telemarketing, or customer service background preferred
- Strong phone, text, and email communicator
- Comfortable with CRM/data entry tools
- Reliable, organized, able to work a schedule that includes some evenings and one weekend day
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus, not a requirement
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to internet leads, calls, texts, and chats
- Book and confirm appointments, log everything in the CRM
- Follow up ahead of visits to minimize no-shows
- Hand off arrived customers cleanly to the sales team
- Work toward daily activity goals (calls and booked appointments) that directly drive your bonus pay
