This role focuses on developing and managing customer relationships to maximize appointment scheduling through outbound phone calls and external platforms such as Kelley Blue Book, Autotrader, email, and other communication channels. The BDC Outbound Specialist may assist in multiple operational areas as needed to ensure exceptional customer service and support dealership objectives.
