About The Position

This Position is directly responsible and accountable for maximizing sales and/or service profitability of the Business Development Center to agreed levels of performance. Overall scope is to ensure expense control to agreed budget.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales/profit forecasts are achieved by attaining agreed quarterly sales/profit forecasts.
  • Center expense not to exceed ____% of sales to ensure measurement of all incoming sales inquires and produce monthly and Weekly reports for dealer principal to monitor advertising expense and return on investment
  • Formulate targets for each Business Development Representative and ensure achievement appointment show ratio.
  • Monitor business development department financial performance vs. budget weekly
  • Achieve a minimum standards monthly.
  • Fulfill Service Appointment Goals (If applicable)
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Manage and lead the BDR team to attain a minimum performance of sales ratio from incoming calls.
  • Manage and lead the BDR team to contact every unsold opportunity to measure satisfaction and take appropriate action.
  • Manage and lead the team to contact every delivered customer to company policy/franchise requirement.
  • Manage and lead the team to contact ALL customers during survey period to company policy/franchise requirement.
