About The Position

Carter Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Service BDC Manager to join our team in Okarche, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The BDC Manager will be responsible for managing the dealership’s Business Development Center (BDC) and ensuring top-notch customer service and sales performance. Compensation & Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in BDC management and/or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with different departments within the dealership to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls, emails, and other methods of communication.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner.
