Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable on the phone.
  • Ability to craft professional emails and texts.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with CRMs (like VinSolutions or Reynolds).
  • Previous BDC, call center, or hospitality experience.
  • A passion for providing a 5-star customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound service calls.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to current and former clients.
  • Schedule service appointments using the CRM.
  • Answer questions about service intervals, recalls, and warranty coverage.
  • Execute consistent follow-up with 'no-show' appointments.
  • Conduct post-service satisfaction calls.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
