Requirements

One year customer service experience
Enthusiastic personality
Strong computer skills
Must be reliable
High level of detail, organization and accuracy
Ability to identify, learn & work within specific service processes
Effective listening & communication skills when speaking with coworkers or guests.
Exceptional ability to learn and grow
Amazing work ethic
Ability to learn from veteran staff
Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction
Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
Ability to sit at a desk for your shift occasionally leaving BDC area to address over the phone customer concerns.
Organized and friendly personality
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming service calls
Work with BDC co-worker to fill our service schedule, you get a mentor!
Asking the right questions so customers get the correct services performed
Pays close attention to scheduling software and accurately schedules appointments
Prioritize Mobile Service and Pickup and Delivery appointments.
Outbound calls, texts, emails to confirm appointments
Outbound calls to our customer base to schedule recalls
Collaborate with BDC co-worker to schedule service loaners
Take incoming calls from customers with vehicles currently in for service
Answer basic questions about dealership or customer concerns
Other BDC related tasks assigned by management or BDC co-worker
