About The Position

BMW of Mt. Laurel is seeking a customer focused BDC Consultant to join their team and the Holman family! This in-store position plays a vital role in fostering a strong and collaborative relationship between our virtual BDC and the BMW store, driving alignment and ultimately boosting sales performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 2-4 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Experience in automotive industry a plus
  • Experience using CRM tools; automotive CRM a plus
  • Familiarity with dealership operations a plus
  • Familiarity with BDC functions a plus
  • Experience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiencies

Responsibilities

  • Maximizing internet lead and portfolio management TO performance
  • Facilitate effective TO distribution to sales advisors
  • Follow up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed
  • Review internal notes ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly
  • Keep daily notes on TO activity to ensure a regular follow-up and reporting
  • Be fully prepared for daily appointments
  • Confirm appointments prior to arrival time
  • Reschedule “no-show” appointments when necessary
  • Understand importance and benefits to the retail business
  • Identify opportunities to build trust and mutual respect
