BDC Agent Specialist
About The Position
Join our growing team in Burien as a Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Agent. You will be the voice of our sales department, helping clients achieve their purchase goals or keep their vehicles safe and reliable! We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate, and resilient Automotive BDC Agent to join our growing team. You will be an integral point of contact for our customers, handling outbound communications across phone, text, and email. Your primary mission is to build rapport, answer customer inquiries, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales department.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, confident phone demeanor
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across various software platforms and multi-line phone systems
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in automotive dealerships, call centers, or customer service is a massive plus
- Spanish speaker an extreme asset
Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Leads: Achieve customer engagement with sales leads and maintain customer service with existing sales database
- Schedule Appointments: Book sales appointments while matching customer needs with salesperson availability
- Proactive Outreach: Make outbound calls to drive customer engagement, book appointments for sales consultants
- Update CRM Systems: Accurately log customer interactions, vehicle details, and notes into our dealership software
- Deliver Elite Customer Service: Address customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
