This role supports driving growth across M&A by assisting in Business Development (BD) plan development and implementation. The position involves collaborating with global BD teams to ensure local office alignment with global strategies, and to ensure local M&A client targeting strategies align with global BD growth objectives and firm strategy. The role also focuses on building and maintaining relationships within the broader Business Development & Marketing (BDM) function, including Clients & Sectors teams, to drive growth in priority sectors and market opportunities. This includes creating compelling M&A go-to-market campaigns to engage target clients, supporting the execution of focused M&A sector and client growth plans, and facilitating cross-selling opportunities within global product teams. The role requires providing timely and high-quality contributions to win strategies and assisting with developing pitch and panel submissions. Additionally, it involves using specialized knowledge to support data-led insights for horizon scanning, opportunity spotting, pipeline management, and client targeting/development for M&A services. Analysis of market information and monitoring external trends are key to shaping BD initiatives and goals. The role also supports the effective utilization of MarTech and data infrastructure for proactive, targeted M&A and TMT/IP insights, and ensures alignment with global processes and the effective use of the Firm's shared services.
