About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is offering a part-time, salaried BCBA opportunity with an after-school schedule (3-7 p.m.). This role is designed to provide the stability and benefits of a salaried position while allowing for personal time during the mornings and early afternoons. The position involves 12-15 billable hours per week, with an onsite presence 3-5 days per week. The company aims to reduce administrative burdens on BCBAs, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional clinical care to children with autism and their families.

Requirements

BCBA certification
Ability to work onsite 3-5 days per week between 3-7 p.m.
Physical activity including standing, sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, running and lifting 25+ pounds while keeping pace with children ages 2–15.

Responsibilities

Develop and supervise targeted, individualized interventions that improve the lives of children with autism
Celebrate alongside your clients as they develop positive behaviors, build new skills and reach meaningful milestones
Partner with families through caring, thoughtful conversations about assessment results and treatment recommendations
Advocate for your clients by proactively identifying potential concerns and communicating with the appropriate members of the care team
Share your expertise through direct supervision, support, training and orientation of our growing team of Behavior Technicians
Provide hands-on clinical support while keeping pace with the children we serve
