About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Dedham! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. We emphasize collaboration and long-term outcomes: Grounded in an assent-based, individualized approach and supported by a team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Position Overview
This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.

Clinical & Administrative Support:
Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.
Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
BT Managers for performance and operational support.
BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.

Learning & Advancement:
Internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings.
Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV.
Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required.
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review

Nice To Haves

• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.

Responsibilities
