About The Position
Circle Care Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum. Work settings include daycare, in-home, and clinic environments, with daytime hours available. The organization provides expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care scheduled at families’ convenience. BCBAs can expect clinical support, training, accommodations, respect, understanding, and camaraderie. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible hours and strong mentorship and support.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure.
- 2–4 years of experience in ABA instruction.
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures.
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists.
