A BT Liaison assists with scheduling and communication, allowing BCBAs to focus on clients and supervision. QA Systems & Goal Banks are provided to reduce busywork and streamline planning, and caseloads are designed to be manageable and high-quality. There are clear pathways for growth into Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles. Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
