About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Baytown Treatment Center. The BCBA will contribute to the organization’s mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy and helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The organization offers customized virtual orientation, six weeks of ongoing training, continued professional development, clinical support, and centralized home-office services. The position offers a stated salary range of $86,000–$98,000, with potential incentives and a sign-on bonus subject to eligibility.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
