About The Position
Flywheel Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our Edison clinic. This role is designed for BCBAs who are tired of endless emails, chasing RBTs, and administrative work. Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

- Experience in a center-based setting.
- Experience with QA systems and goal banks.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
- Utilize QA systems and goal banks to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
- Manage a manageable, high-quality caseload.
