Requirements

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

Provide direct ABA therapy to clients.
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
Conduct assessments and analyze data.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Focus on clients and supervision while liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
Utilize QA Systems & Goal Banks for planning.
