Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is seeking BCBAs to join their team. They are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCBAs across New York City and Northern Virginia.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (BCAB) in good standing
• Licensed or eligible in VA
• Experience working with individuals with autism
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Must be local

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
• Conduct assessments and update programming as needed
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance
