Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a center-based setting
• Familiarity with QA systems and goal banks

Responsibilities

• Focus on clients and supervision
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and analyze data
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure ethical and high-quality client care
