Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and oversight for clients.
• Focus on clients and supervision while a liaison team handles scheduling and communication.
• Utilize tools, templates, and systems to reduce busywork and streamline planning.
• Manage high-quality caseloads that allow focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
• Pursue growth opportunities to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles.
