About The Position

Our Program Directors typically support 12–14 children and lead a clinical team of 7–12 RBTs, allowing ample time for direct clinical engagement. We prioritize thoughtful supervision, strong relationships, clinical autonomy, and a team invested in your growth, avoiding oversized caseloads, telehealth-heavy supervision, pressure to rush decisions, and one-size-fits-all treatment.

Requirements

BCBA certification
Ability to practice ABA thoughtfully and compassionately
Willingness to support families and mentor clinicians
Ability to lead a clinical team
