About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Texas Medical Center Treatment Clinic in Houston, Texas. The role supports the organization’s mission to provide compassionate ABA therapy and improve outcomes for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The clinic is part of a provider with centers across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina. New BCBAs receive a customized virtual orientation and six weeks of ongoing training, along with access to established clinical practices, automated clinical tools, centralized home-office support, and ongoing professional development. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Salary of $78,000–$90,000.
