About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its Alief Treatment Center in Houston, Texas. The position focuses on delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy and supporting meaningful outcomes for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The organization describes a collaborative clinical team, centralized home-office support, customized virtual orientation, and six weeks of ongoing training. BCBAs also have access to clinical tools, career advancement opportunities, internal CEUs, university partnerships, and company-paid BCBA state licensure renewal and 8-hour supervision training.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy and clinical care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Support the well-being and progress of clients and their families.
• Participate in customized orientation and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and utilize established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
