About The Position

The BCBA Trainee position is for individuals currently in their Masters program for ABA who will be pursuing their BCBA, or those who have completed their Master's program and plan on sitting for their BCBA. The starting pay for this role is $52,000 annually. This role involves providing direct care to children diagnosed with ASD, assisting clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas. The position also includes participating in family and caregiver training and providing observation and direction to direct care staff.

Requirements

  • In a Masters Program for ABA OR have completed MA degree with intent to pursue your BCBA.
  • Ability to pass DHS background check.
  • Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with preschool-aged children, children with diverse needs, autism, or a mental health diagnosis are highly preferred but not required.
