About The Position

As a key member of the BI team, the BCBA Talent Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), with a focus on complex, high-priority, and BCBA-constrained markets. This role owns pipeline development and is accountable for delivering hiring outcomes across assigned region(s). The BCBA Talent Partner exercises independent judgment and discretion in candidate evaluation, hiring recommendations, and pipeline development, while driving recruiting execution to support organizational growth and staffing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. May substitute, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous ABA experience highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of previous Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting or supporting niche, hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and adjust strategies to drive results.
  • Strategic and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience operating in high-growth settings with evolving priorities and demands.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers, Regional Leaders, and operational leadership to align recruiting strategies with BCBA staffing needs and priorities
  • Source and recruit BCBA candidates across assigned regions, including high-priority and hard-to-fill markets
  • Deliver consistent performance against defined KPIs, including outreach volume, candidate submissions, offers, and starts.
  • Own and manage BCBA candidate pipelines from initial outreach through offer acceptance and start
  • Conduct candidate prescreens, evaluating qualifications, clinical alignment, and readiness for role expectations
  • Provide timely and accurate BCBA offers to internal and external candidates
  • Manage candidate relationships and maintain engagement throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support hiring decisions
  • Ensure accurate tracking of candidate activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes in the ATS
  • Manage complex recruitment needs and navigate barriers to hire
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, as needed
  • Participate in hiring events, conferences, and strategic sourcing initiatives, as needed
