About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Senior Director of Clinical Services. For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy, with a vision to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with autism. Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
  • Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
  • Support and collaborate with a team dedicated to excellence in ABA therapy.
  • Advance career with ongoing training & professional development.
  • Utilize established clinical practices and automated clinical tools.
  • Engage with RBT training for enhanced interaction and collaboration.
  • Guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.
