About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking an in-center Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) for their new Bel Air Treatment Center. For 25 years, Behavioral Innovations has been a trusted provider of compassionate ABA therapy, with a vision to be the #1 trusted resource for all individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). They are looking for Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) who share their passion for creating meaningful change and delivering exceptional care. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
- Create meaningful change and deliver exceptional care.
- Guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.
- Serve children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years.
