About The Position

Continuing Our Growth and Expanding Services - We're Hiring for a Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) at Jersey Village Treatment Center in Houston, TX. Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with center-based, early intervention, evidence-based therapy.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Experience with case management, behavioral therapy, verbal behaviors, behavior modifications.
  • Experience with data collection, interventions, case management, data analysis.

  • Provide centralized support for administrative tasks (intake, hiring, authorizations, billing).

  • Ensure success through RBT training and an RBT Buddy system.
  • Offer ongoing training and professional development for career advancement.
  • Manage case management, behavioral therapy, and behavior modifications.
  • Oversee data collection, interventions, and data analysis.

  • Competitive Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
