Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as Sr. Director of Clinical Services in Irving, TX. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
• Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
• Supervise and guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.
• Ensure clinical excellence.
