About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as the Sr. Director of Clinical Services in Owasso, OK. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate ABA therapy.
- Create meaningful change and deliver excellence in care.
- Guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.
- Serve children with autism ages 18 months to 10 years.

- Competitive Salary: Earn between $103,500 - $125,500
