About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as the Sr. Director of Clinical Services at their new treatment center in Windsor Forest. Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and leadership.
• Oversee and guide the mission to prioritize the well-being of clients and their families.
• Ensure clinical excellence in ABA therapy.
• Support and train new hires, including RBTs.
• Collaborate with a supportive and collaborative team.

Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $122,000
