Career Stability: Most of our BCBAs stay 10+ years What You’ll Do (With Support Every Step of the Way) Clinical & Assessment Work Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses Help develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Learn to confidently oversee ABA programming with Senior Director support Programming & Client Development Build skills in creating individualized goals across: Communication & language Social skills & peer interaction Daily living & independence Support generalization across home, school, and community settings Supervision & Team Support Begin supervising and mentoring clinical staff with guidance Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, educators, and other professionals Documentation & Professional Growth Maintain clinical documentation and learn best practices for compliance Stay current with ABA research while earning CEUs Grow your confidence as both a clinician and a leader What You Bring Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Active BCBA certification (newly certified welcome!) Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification (newly certified welcome!)
  • Passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disorders
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to collaborate and accept mentorship
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass and maintain DOJ/FBI clearance prior to and throughout employment
  • Must provide TB clearance prior to employment and as required thereafter in accordance with company policy
  • Must provide proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella, Hepatitis B and Pertussis, as well as documentation of physical ability to perform job duties prior to employment, in accordance with company policy
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to client homes and other community settings, as required, to provide services

Responsibilities
