BCBA Clinical Director

Success On The SpectrumDallas, TX
Hybrid

About The Position

Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA franchise dedicated to quality, combining effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science with a fun environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement for children with ASD. Our goal is to teach valuable life skills to help clients become productive and fulfilled adults, enhancing their overall quality of life. We do not require employees to sign non-compete agreements, and BCBAs receive two weeks of initial training without payback agreements. We are seeking an organized, clinically experienced BCBA for full-time, hybrid employment, allowing work both remotely and in-person, serving clients with in-home based ABA therapy. Strong communication skills and enthusiasm are essential, as the BCBA will be the primary contact for parents. We value work/life balance, with BCBAs typically working Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, rarely taking work home. Each BCBA is supported by an intern and a trainer to manage their caseload. The role involves training and direct supervision of BCBAs and registered behavior technicians. Attention to detail is crucial for adhering to pre-authorized service schedules and documenting services. SOS offers full billing transparency, with Office Managers creating daily schedules and BCBA approval required for all insurance billing. Success On The Spectrum is rapidly growing, offering accelerated career advancement and opportunities for upward mobility within the organization. As a franchise, there is also the option to transfer to different locations or open your own franchise.
