About The Position

The BCBA Clinical Director will lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. This role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. The Clinical Director will also provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals is key to ensuring comprehensive, compassionate care. The role also focuses on fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in leading and managing a clinical team
  • Proficiency in overseeing patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Ability to train and support staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques
  • Skills in monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans
  • Strong collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development
