About The Position

Nurture & Nature ABA is a BCBA-owned, clinician-led organization focused on compassion, collaboration, and integrity. The organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in a hybrid capacity, combining in-person and remote work, to lead with compassion and expertise and make a lasting impact on the families they serve.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
• Active BCBA Certification
• 2+ years of supervisory or clinical experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance
• DOJ/FBI clearance and TB test

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual
• Experience supervising BTs, RBTs, BCaBAs, or graduate students
• Familiarity with CentralReach, CodeMetro, or Rethink
• Experience providing in-home, school-based, or community ABA services
• Passion for mentorship and professional development
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive care
• Interest in Saturday social skills groups or community-based learning

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Provide supervision and oversight of 1:1 therapy across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings.
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and guide behavior intervention plans.
• Lead Adaptive Skills Team (AST) meetings and parent education sessions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (Speech, OT, PT, School Staff).
• Support new case launches, hiring initiatives, and cross-department communication.
• Maintain 30 billable clinical hours weekly within a 40-hour workweek.
