About The Position

Autism 360 is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional support to clinicians, allowing them to prioritize clinical excellence and meaningful work. We foster a collaborative environment where BCaBAs are valued leaders and mentors, with a focus on the whole clinician, not just productivity. Requirements

  • BCaBA certification (or significant progress toward BCaBA/BCBA certification)
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping children grow and succeed

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in becoming a BCBA
  • Pursuing BCBA certification

Responsibilities

  • Supervising ABA treatment implementation
  • Supporting and coaching RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Conducting parent training
  • Developing behavior intervention plans alongside BCBAs
  • Monitoring treatment progress and clinical outcomes
  • Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintaining ethical and clinical excellence in all areas of care
  • Receiving ongoing supervision and mentorship from a BCBA to continue strengthening clinical skills and confidence.
