About The Position

This role involves various assembly and operational duties within the BC assembly area. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, assembling components, forming metal parts, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position requires following instructions and reporting any defects or issues to a supervisor.

Requirements

Must operate a stand-up forklift.
Ability to occasionally operate a sit-down forklift.
Ability to operate cut to length equipment.
Ability to form backs using the break and roll.
Ability to assemble by spot welding housing components.
Ability to operate ironworker.
Ability to perform various assembly duties, such as assembly and pack.
Ability to move product within department using manual and powered material handling equipment.
Ability to report defects to Supervisor.
Ability to help maintain a clean work area, machines, and equipment.
Ability to follow specific verbal and/or written instructions.
Ability to refer difficult problems to Supervisor.

Responsibilities
