This position requires an individual who is keen on learning new applications and capable of critical thinking, customer service, and problem solving as well as working independently after receiving adequate training.

Requirements

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years of experience
This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy.
Experience with a Microsoft Windows environment
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and workload
Strong Oral and Written Skills.
Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
Must have good working knowledge using smart devises (smart phones, tablets, ETC.) and comfortable using multiple web-based applications.
Must be committed to excellence and generate high quality work.
Must consistently report to work on time, work well with other employees to accomplish a common goal, and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Learn and understand topics including critical power and battery systems, LOTO, safety, and troubleshooting.
Installing battery systems, taking electrical readings, and testing continuity of circuits using appropriate equipment.
Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Generate tickets to ensure equipment maintenance and repair is completed in accordance with OEM standards.
Travel up to 75% of the time.
