About The Position

This position is not limited to only these requirements but includes these functions and responsibilities. The role involves watering and maintenance of deep cycle, industrial MHE batteries for a large logistics warehouse. It requires an operational understanding of deep cycle battery chargers on an industrial scale. Responsibilities include organized and structured rotation of batteries in various equipment, maintaining battery maintenance logs, and operating pallet jacks. Electrical knowledge of different voltages and initial deep cycle charging balancing is a plus. Daily tasks include battery electrical wiring replacement/repairs and power plug/connector replacement. Experience with battery changing equipment, industrial cranes/hoists, and MHE industrial equipment are also a plus. The groundskeeping aspect involves organizing a large-scale shipping yard, cleaning, using collection tools, relocating yard maintenance equipment, minor landscaping, and pressure washing.

Requirements

• Watering and maintenance of deep cycle, industrial MHE batteries of a large logistics warehouse scale required.
• Operational understanding of deep cycle battery chargers on an industrial scale required.
• Organized and structured rotation of batteries in pallet jacks, standup, sit-down forklifts, scissor lifts, cherry picker, personal transport and inventory equipment required.
• Battery Maintenance logs and record keeping skills required.
• Operation of pallet jacks, single and doubles required.
• Battery electrical wiring replacement/repairs and power plug/connector replacement are daily requirements.
• Grounds: Organizational skills of large-scale shipping yard, cleaning, collection tools use and relocation of yard maintenance equipment, minor landscaping maintenance and pressure washing required.

Nice To Haves

• Electrical knowledge of different voltages, initial deep cycle charging balancing
• Battery changing equipment, with industrial Craine/ hoist experience
• Understanding of MHE Industrial equipment
