About The Position

The Battery and Charger Tech troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs industrial batteries and chargers; performs assigned planned maintenance on customer equipment; maintains a service van and its inventory; and completes paperwork after each job. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and less than two years of related experience.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Technical degree.
• Previous battery and charger repair experience.
• Welding skills.
• Knowledge of various types of testing equipment.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

• Good customer care skills.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial batteries and chargers.
