About The Position

Surface Experts is seeking a skilled Bathtub Refinisher to join their team. This role involves completing small repairs daily by applying creativity and problem-solving skills. Technicians visit up to 4+ jobsites daily, repairing damage on-site with exceptional customer service. The role requires understanding and executing a 5-step repair process, mastering a custom tool-kit, and thinking creatively to provide unique repairs. Experience in bathtub refinishing and reglazing is essential, with knowledge of color and paint application being beneficial for the color matching aspect of the repair process, which will be further taught alongside the company's tub refinishing process.

Requirements

Experience in Bathtub Refinishing and Reglazing
Knowledge of color and paint application
Practical experience with a hands-on trade – Example include any part the construction, manufacturing, or painting process. Personal hobbies could work too!
The ability to understand and manipulate color is crucial for success.

Nice To Haves

Maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Visit up to 4+ jobsites every day
Repair damage on the job site while using exceptional customer service to follow up with staff
Employ creativity in several settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and building sites
Use outstanding customer service to engage with staff and tenants
Keep progress up to date with notes and updates in our CRM/Dispatch tool
Reach out to our Support Team on any issue or question
Develop an understanding of our own 5-step repair process and use it in the field
Master each part of your custom-made tool-kit
Think outside the box to create one-of-a-kind repairs
